The Pakistani Christians vehemently condemn the double role of Punjab Govt and Punjab police - Professor Salamat Akhtar

Professor Salamat Akhtar, President Pakistan Masihi League addressing while addressing a joint meeting of various political organizations in Rawalpindi as vehemently condemned the double role of Govt of Punjab and the Punjab police in Shazia murder case in Lahore.. He appreciated the role of media, the support of President Zardari to the victimised family, the sympathy of Sharif brothers and the resolution of National and Punjab Assemblies.Two resolutions were unanimously passed in which whome Chaudhary Iftikhar Hussain, Cheif Justice of Pakistan and Khawaja Muhammad Sharif Cheif Justic of Lahore High Court for remaining silence and for not talking any Suo-moto notice in this case. In an other resolution the christians decided the launch a country wide movement with a start from a rally infront of Parliment in Islamabad if the justice was not done to the agrieved family.
Rev Father Anwar Patras, Aftab Khokhar, Jamil Ghouri, Amir Riaz, Raja Yousaf Qamar ,James Allah Dita ,Ashiq Bhatti, Bashir Masih and others attended the meeting and urged upon the Christians of Pakistan to Unite under one banner.
