Archbishop Lawrence John Saldanha named Rev. Fr. Inayat Bernard for Caritas Pakistan Lahore as Diocesan Executive Secretary

December 17, 2009 was marked as a day to celebrate 40 years of Caritas Pakistan functioning in Lahore diocese.

The day was marked by Holy Mass by His Grace Archbishop Dr Lawrence J Saldanha who blessed the staff. In his address, His Grace Archbishop Dr. Lawrence J Saldanha advised the CPL staff to work honestly and with dedication towards their jobs. He asked the staff to be punctual and be committed with their job.

Later on a short variety program was organized by the CPL Staff which included small show by the group of blind children which amused the audience and the Archbishop aslo praised the efforts of these children. Towards the end of the program the staff was served with a simple lunch and in the end a welcome was also made to the new incoming Diocesan Executive Secretary namely Rev. Fr. Inayat Bernard.
